Larry, the feisty quick point guard on the first KHS football team, always with a smile and positive attitude. Larry, one of the first to volunteer for Vietnam, flew Huey's and was seriously wounded. And the Larry who lost a wife and child in a tragic accident, but never lost his spirit. Admired, and respected by all. All too soon, buddy, all too soon. Miss 'ya already.  Bob

"Dude" will always be remembered by his many friends and I am glad that I am one of them. He always had a grin on his face and a quick laugh. I remember the winter we had no school ( Mr. Lindsey's car got stuck in a ditch and he couldn't call in to keep the schools open). A group of us including Larry and David Porter walked all over Foxbridge and up to KHS. By the time we got back to my house our clothes were soaked so my mother gave the guys blankets to wrap around themselves while their clothes were in the dryer. I also remember the reunion when he tried to drink Coach Bill Green under the table. I will treasure my memories and send heartfelt condolences to his family.

I'm so sorry to hear that Larry has died.  He lived down the street in high school and I've never forgotten him with Bruce Edmunds, Alex Conley, Bob Fluornoy and the rest.  What   Great group of guys!  And so much fun!

I just found out Larry had passed away when I signed up for website.  Larry and I went steady our senior year and for few months I attended Riverside School of Nursing. Have great memories from high school. I will always remember his smile and laugh. He was truly a great guy! Rest in peace.
