Jane Maggart - '66

Jane Ellen Kirk, of Dover, passed away Monday, March 20, 2017, in Kent General Hospital, Dover.  She was 68.  

    Jane was born, September 30, 1948, in Troy, Ohio, to Patricia(Jenkins) Maggart & the late, Daniel R. Maggart. She had worked in the medical field for many years, and in her free time she enjoyed reading  and loved spending time with her family.

    Jane is survived by her 2 children, Jennifer Lyn Lefort & her husband, Robert, of Seminole, Florida; and Jason Daniel Gavin, of Dover. Her mother, Patricia Ann(Jenkins) Maggart, of Dover; a sister, Denise Sue Bickling, of Dover; a brother, Daniel J. Maggart, of Palm Harbor, Florida; 4 grandchildren, Austin Douglas Gavin, of Woodside; Olivia Spencer Gavin, of Seminole, Florida; Sean Robert Lefort, of St. Petersburg, Florida and Matthew Vernon Lefort, of Denver, Colorado. A niece, Amy Leigh Bickling, of Morrisville, PA; a great-nephew Aidan Joseph Babus, of Morrisville, PA; and her dear and special friends, Susan & Frank Daniels, of Dover.

   A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 pm, Friday, March 24, 2017, in Pippin Funeral Home, Inc. 119 West Camden-Wyoming Ave. Wyoming, DE; where funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 25, 2017.
